About Us

There are leagues of management consultants; Dashler was established to be different. Dashler is uncompromising in its commitment to delivering; combined with clarity, organisation and great care and respect for our teams and those of our clients. Uncompromising means, for us, deciding on the priorities and then acting on them, hard. The complication is that we can’t just focus on priorities, we have to de-prioritise too; helping clients to identify the sometimes-painful sacrifices – the secondary priorities we have to abandon – if we are actually to do what we say we want to do. This means believing in the priorities enough to believe in the sacrifices too, and making them ruthlessly. We call this Radical Delivery.

We apply these approaches repeatedly for the companies we work with. Our clients trust us to help and empower their teams to get things done, particularly in stressed environments or where the stakes are high.

Our work is independent, creative, and always respectful and caring of our client’s teams; our goal is to help you, no matter the size of your company or project, to deliver radically too.

Our Founder – Dr Daniel Maxwell

Daniel has worked on high-stakes and high-profile projects valued in billions, such as the London Olympics and the Tottenham Hotspur Football Club stadium; with blue-chip companies such as AXA Health; and with start-ups, whose budgets are smaller but whose goals are just as critical for the contexts they are in. His PhD, from the University of Exeter, was largely on the factors that enable efficient delivery in unpredictable and changeable environments.

He has been a lecturer in software and data science, worked for the University of Exeter helping companies to commercialise research, and has built, and exited, his own companies. As a consultant for nearly 20 years, Daniel has a long history of helping companies to plan and deliver projects, building supportive, motivated, high-performing teams. He works with companies to ensure they deliver on their goals.
